Horseshoe Metals (HOR) received the results of the initial reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at its Horseshoe Lights copper-gold project in WA.

In May, the company completed phase two of RC drilling with 70 holes drilled to target selected stockpiles and landfills.

Drilling aimed to confirm the existence and style of mineralization and infill drilling supplemented by Horseshoe.

The best results come from the C20 reserve which intersected nine meters at 2.09 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from surface.

Other results include four meters grading 1.77 g/t gold from four meters of the D gold reserve and five meters grading 1.07% copper from two meters of the copper.

Horseshoe has planned further infill drilling to follow up on these very encouraging results.

In addition, the company will undertake RC and auger drilling on several stocks, as well as acid leach testing and gravity recovery testing.

Horseshoe ended the day 4.17% in the green with shares trading at 2.5 cents.
